No outage occurred. From 17:40 to 18:48 UTC on October 1, 2026, this page showed downtime for Customer Sign-In, AI Assistant and Application API. All three kept serving requests normally the whole time.

The downtime came from our own availability checks. As part of a planned change to our web addresses, the Further app moved to app.withfurther.com, and our checks were still testing the previous addresses, which no longer host these services. We pointed the checks at the current addresses at 18:48 UTC, and they have passed since.
